By subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us, you provide us with your personal data, and we guarantee that your data will remain confidential, secure and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your express consent.
We entrust the processing of personal data only to verified and trusted entities providing services related to the processing of personal data.
We use Google Analytics analytical tools that collect information about your website visits, such as the subpages you have displayed, the time you spent on the website, or the transitions between individual subpages. For this purpose, Google LLC cookies are used for the Google Analytics service. As part of the mechanism for managing cookie settings, you have the option to decide whether we will also be able to use marketing functions as part of the Google Analytics service or not.
We use marketing tools such as Facebook Pixel to target ads to you. This is related to the use of Facebook cookies. As part of the cookie settings, you can decide whether you consent to our use of Pixel Facebook in your case or not.

Permissions. The GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:
- the right to access personal data,
- the right to rectify personal data,
- the right to delete personal data,
- the right to limit the processing of personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.
The rules related to the implementation of the indicated rights are described in detail in Art. 16 – 21 GDPR. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these regulations. For our part, we consider it necessary to explain to you that the above-mentioned rights are not absolute and you will not be entitled to all activities related to the processing of your personal data. For your convenience, we have made every effort to indicate the rights you are entitled to as part of the description of individual data processing operations.
We emphasize that you always have one of the rights indicated above – if you believe that we have violated the provisions on the protection of personal data while processing your personal data, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
Security. We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security and personal data protection measures required by the provisions on the protection of personal data are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
List of entrustments. We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:

All entities entrusted with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
Processing purposes and activities
Newsletter. If you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your e-mail address via the newsletter subscription form.
The data provided to us when subscribing to the newsletter is used to send you a newsletter, and the legal basis for their processing is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) when you subscribe to the newsletter.
The data is processed as part of the ActiveCampaign mailing system and stored on a server provided by ActiveCampaign LLC.
The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe earlier, which will delete your data from the database.
You can correct your data stored in the newsletter database at any time, as well as request their removal by resigning from receiving the newsletter. You also have the right to transfer the data referred to in art. 20 GDPR.
E-mail contact. By contacting us via e-mail, including sending an inquiry via the contact form, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender’s address. In addition, you can also include other personal data in the text of the message.
In this case, your data is processed in order to contact you, and the basis for processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for processing after the end of contact is the justified purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
The content of the correspondence may be archived and we are not able to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request a history of correspondence with us (if it was subject to archiving), as well as request its removal unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding interests, e.g. defense against potential claims on your part.
Cookies and other tracking technologies
Cookies are small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) that can be read by our ICT system.
How do we protect your data?
To ensure a high and consistent level of protection, we use IT environment safeguards adequate for the processing, as well as technical and organisational measures, which include, among others:
- TLS protocol encryption,
- creating backup copies,
- equipping data centres with data protection mechanisms,
- conducting regular security level tests,
- monitoring the security of personal data,
- mitigating the risk of potential abuses and reacting promptly in case of their occurrence,
- implementing data protection policies,
- ensuring continuous confidentiality, integrity, availability and resistance of the processing systems and services,
- allowing access to personal data only to authorised persons,
- creating and regularly modifying passwords to access systems where personal data are processed.
WHAT RIGHTS DO DATA SUBJECTS HAVE?
Data subjects whose data we process have the rights to:
- access to their personal data;
- change their personal data;
- remove their personal data;
- restrict the processing of personal data;
- object to the processing of personal data;
- transfer the personal data;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (provided that the processing is based on the consent of a data subject).
However, the rights listed above are not absolute, and in certain circumstances, after analysis, we may legitimately refuse to exercise them.
Please also be informed that the withdrawal of your consent to data processing will not affect the lawfulness of data processing that took place on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.
If you request us to exercise any of the above rights, we will respond to your request without delay, but no later than within one month of its receipt. If due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, we are unable to comply with your request within one month, we will comply with it within a further two months. However, we will inform you of the intended extension of the deadline beforehand.

Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which the website is stored. Each query directed to the server is saved in the server logs.
Logs include Your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific people using the website and are not used by us to identify you.
The server logs are the only auxiliary material used to administer the website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
